The CIPD’s Annual Learning and Development Survey 2006 has, once again, highlighted the gap between the proportion of organisations using coaching activities (79%) and the proportion training their managers in coaching skills (47%). We have deliberately chosen to focus our learning and development offering mainly on developing coaching skills, partly to address this gap and partly because we are delighted to have identified an incredibly powerful coaching methodology which is generating stunning results for a growing number of organisations – results coaching in 60 seconds. These programmes are presented by two outstanding trainers, the creators of the methodology, and the programmes are also ILM-accredited.
