We are very privileged to have recently been joined by Elizabeth Crosse who is Maximum Coaching’s Coaching Practice Director.
Elizabeth is one of the 1% of coaches in the world to attain the International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach Credential. She brings over 25 years of expertise in coaching and development working in the UK and abroad with organisations as diverse as 10 Downing Street staff, the NHS, De Lage Landen, Housing Corporations, Royal Museums, BIG Lottery Fund, UK Power Networks, Trainline, Pearson publishing and others. Elizabeth is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Director of UK ICF. Clients tell her that she has a motivational and supportive style and that they like her creativity, honesty and directness. Her insight and compassion allow her to challenge with integrity, build trust and inspire individuals to achieve their ambitions and deliver excellence.
